Shipping policy

All orders will be processed for shipping in a timely manner, but due to the personalisation of goods there is a short lead time on all orders. Usually we expect this to be between 1 and 3 days, however larger orders might take a little longer. 

When you place your order please let us know in the notes section if you require delivery or collection for a specific date and will will endeavour to achieve this for you. 

Collection of orders is available at our Ilkeston shop location, and deliveries will be made by either Royal Mail or another local courier.
